Two months ago I began vblogging as the Offshore Maven, now producing the 50th video on the Invest Offshore YouTube channel. My objective remains the same, help people invest offshore.

Brazil is the place to be right now. Recently it has received negative attention for slow growth rates, especially by most 'emerging market' country standards. The entire process of a foreigner purchasing property in Brazil can be completed in about 5 business days. As a promotion, we are offering to pay all closing costs for foreigners in the purchase process. WE WILL PAY ALL CLOSING COSTS, TRANSFER FEES, DOCUMENTATION FEES, AND PURCHASE TAXES.
PURCHASING PROCESS FOR FOREIGNERS:
1. You purchase airline ticket to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) Brazil Airport
2. You must have valid passport (see: www.passportvisaexpress.com or through your local post office.
3. Americans need a Brazilian tourist visa. The visa costs $110 and is valid for 5 years.
4. Upon arriving in Brazil, we will assist you and pay all fees to attain your Brazilian CPF card. This card will give you an individual CPF number, similar to a social security card. This card is required to purchase properties in Brazil, as well as set up utilities, purchase cars, and do most other financial transactions. It is inexpensive and fairly simple to get.
5. Transfer - once you agree to purchase the property, both you the buyer, and us the seller go to the local government office known as a Cartorio to sign and witness the contract. At this point you will receive a stamped and certified copy of the sales contract . The actual title/documentation will be sent to you about 3 weeks later.
As of with all of our clients/transactions, our services will extend much further than the actual sale. We will fully assist you in setting up utilities and getting to know the local area, places to eat, hospitals, health insurance, local hotspots. If time allows during your stay we will also make a day of seeing local tourist attractions such as the Statue of Christ, Ipanema, Copacabana, and much much more.... |
